The League City Historical Society is a non-profit organization. It holds general meetings, presents Landmark Medallions, sponsors tours of historic sites and educational programs for all age groups in the community.

The mission of this Historical Society is to promote and to preserve the historical value of League City, to educate the community on the rich history of the League City area and to foster a positive community spirit for rebuilding, restoring, and preserving the historical area of League City.

Our monthly meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month, except for July and December, starting at 7 pm and are held at the West Bay Common School's Barn Museum, 210 N. Kansas, League City, TX 77573.
