Photography on LCHS Museum Property 

Thank you for your interest in taking photos on our museum property.  This is privately owned property belonging to the 501C(3) entity, LCHS (League City Historical Society).  We welcome you and ask that you take a moment to read the Release of Liability, Instructions, Donations, and Security information provided below. 

Release of Liability: LCHS is not responsible for accident or injury of any type while on property.

Instructions for Photography: LCHS is the caretaker for all the structures and property and we ask that you respect this historic space.  NO fastners (nails, staples, or tape) will be attached to any building, artifact or prop.  Also, refrain from climbing on buildings, fences, or other structures or from moving museum property.  Please refrain from using drones, large props, rice, confetti, glitter, balloons, fireworks, or silly string on or around the museum grounds.  We ask that you leave our property as clean as you found it; take all trash with you.

Donations: This property, its maintenance and upkeep, are all funded by LCHS.  We depend on visitors for funding and appreciate a donation to make this preservation possible.  Please use our donation page to donate. A minimum $25 donation is suggested, although if you’re able, more is greatly appreciated given the extensive resources required to preserve the LCHS property and structures.

If you have photographs that you would like to donate to LCHS for use on our website and in our fundraising efforts please share them with us. We will provide acknowledgement on our website if your photographs are used. Please email us if you would like to donate photographs you have taken at LCHS. leaguecitytxhistory@gmail.com

Security: Please keep in mind that security cameras are in place and LCHS will press charges for unlawful use/behavior.
