Live Oak Registry

The League City Historical Society has created a registry of live oak trees in League City. This registry is especially appropriate for our community since the live oak is the symbol of League City, and many of our trees are more than a century old. At this time we have registered more than 300 trees!

Restoration Projects

League City Historical Society has restored several historically significant sites in League City. LCHS restored the One Room School House. LCHS actively participated in the move and restoration of Saint Mary Church as well as all the structures at our Museum site including League City’s first Fire Station (the Barn Museum) and League City’s first Icehouse.
